This notice explains what SaudiListing collects through the scorecard and appointment forms, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
This is the operational privacy notice for SaudiListing. The practices and service providers are reviewed whenever the tools, purposes, or applicable requirements change.
1. Who is responsible
SaudiListing, operated from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is responsible for personal data submitted through this website. The service is founder-led by Feras Fayyad.
2. What is collected
The free-scorecard form requires first name and business email. Company, role, headquarters country, Saudi timeline, and the decision you are evaluating are optional. The fit-call form also asks for company, timeline, and a short description of your Saudi objective.
Basic attribution details may be recorded, including the landing page, referring page, and UTM campaign parameters. The website does not ask for payment-card details through these forms.
3. Why it is used
- Deliver the resource or manage the appointment you requested.
- Protect the forms against spam and abuse.
- Understand which campaigns create qualified requests.
- Send commercial insights or offers only when separate optional marketing consent has been given.
- Maintain engagement, proposal, invoice, and legal records when a commercial relationship begins.
4. Consent and choices
A required acknowledgement covers delivery and management of the specific request. Marketing consent is separate, optional, and unchecked. Refusing marketing does not block the requested PDF or fit-call request. You may withdraw optional marketing consent at any time using the opt-out in a message or by contacting SaudiListing.
5. Retention
The operational launch policy is to remove unconsented resource-delivery leads after 90 days unless a real commercial conversation or legal need requires a longer period. Consented marketing records are reviewed after 24 months without meaningful activity. Appointment, proposal, client, invoice, and legal records may be retained for the period required by the commercial relationship and applicable law.
6. Service providers and transfers
SaudiListing may use website hosting, database, analytics, email, scheduling, and CRM providers to operate the service. These providers process data only for defined business purposes and may operate infrastructure outside Saudi Arabia. Provider use and any applicable transfer safeguards are reviewed and documented as services are enabled.
7. Your requests
You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of optional marketing consent, subject to applicable law and any required recordkeeping. Use the public SaudiListing contact channel on WhatsApp or contact Feras Fayyad on LinkedIn.
8. Security and changes
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to limit access and protect submitted data. No online system is risk-free. Material changes to this notice will be reflected by the version date above.
